Tournament Support

I have added a way to list tournaments and provide the status of the matches as a CSV file.

This still needs a bunch of work to allow people to create and edit tournaments.

You can now create tournaments. The person to submit the form will be considered the organizer, who will be the only user allowed to manage the tournament.

Organizers can edit the title and add and remove matches.

A match can only be part of one tournament at most.
