[Not a Bug] Still able to build a natural wonder even though I have no space for it

Correct me if I am wwong on this but I think I found a rules violation/bug.
Dynasty rules on Natural Wonders read:
I am not sure what would happen if I would buy it and complete it (I didn't try it) but my guess would be it would still allow me to replace a normal wonder (as Natural wonders can't be replaced anyway), but this would be illegal.
