[Not a Bug] Still able to build a natural wonder even though I have no space for it

Correct me if I am wwong on this but I think I found a rules violation/bug.

Dynasty rules on Natural Wonders read:

If you have no Wonder spaces remaining that can hold a Natural Wonder, you may not buy one.

In this game I can still buy the Natural Wonder even though I have no spaces left to place it: https://games.tabony.net/nations/2039/

I am not sure what would happen if I would buy it and complete it (I didn't try it) but my guess would be it would still allow me to replace a normal wonder (as Natural wonders can't be replaced anyway), but this would be illegal.

You can replace wonders with natural wonders. You did have space for it.
