I changed the match-creation review form to disable the button upon clicking it, with a message letting you know that you should be redirected.

Without this, it's possible to create duplicate matches by quickly clicking the button more than once.

I made a change that might eliminate or reduce the occurrences of invalid move messages. I can't reproduce locally, but I think this is the fix.

Fixed a bug I introduced with the replay feature that was causing matches in the open state to not load.

Fixed Axumite Kingdom. I followed Massimo (author of MaBiWeb) in misunderstanding and mis-implementing Axumite Kingdom to keep the markers on the cards even when Axumite Kingdom gets replaced. The FAQ entry is not 100% clear. Rustan clarified that the tokens are supposed to go away. The FAQ is clarifying that the tokens move with cards when the cards move, usually due to row 3 persisting as row 1 cards upon refresh, but also due to Alhazen.

Only one match had a slight change in outcome, though the final placement of players ended up being the same: https://games.tabony.net/nations/334/

Other matches might have gone differently if the markers had disappeared, but I don't intend to change those matches.

Fixed a bug with Roman Republic. If you used it and replaced it in the same round, it would never remove your gained stability (for the entire match). Now it removes your gained stability immediately. Only 3 matches were affected, and it didn't change any standings, just a couple of scores.
