[Fixed] Bug, Japan
Game 373, i have Japan and bought 4 military(advisor purchases), but it does not display me as most military power. Maybe because i don't have a military unit deployed?

That does seem bad. Please don’t advance the match. I will debug when I return from the Board Game Geek convention.
