Anna Komnene - production, no losses of military upkeep.
Game 209, i have an immortal deployed, and Anna as my leader. I didn't see during production if my stability would increase during production phase (nations faq agrees that Anna negates all negative upkeep cost)
Most of the time it'll impact production, but i wanted to make sure that if i went to -1 stability that i would get the stability back during production, before revolt. Thanks!

The word "Production" on Anna Komnene is a misprint. Stability never changes during production. You are not owed any stability right now.
