[Not a Bug] Japan
Game 121: Japan and Anarchism. Japan has least military. Is it correct that Japan loses only one point?

From the Dynasties rule book:
"Japan – Emperor: Add a token to the Advisor space for each Advisor you buy. You immediately discard advisors you buy. Your Advisor space effect cannot be removed by any effect. You cannot place advisors on Porcelain Tower, as they are discarded before you should place them."
The FAQ also says, "Tokens are never discarded." so the removal just doesn't happen. Japan's emperor is immune. You just lose the point.

Thx. I had thought that it would be regarded as having no advisor (means: losing two points). I get your point though.

Perhaps you’re thinking of French Revolution? Anarchism doesn’t penalize you extra for not having an advisor. Japan does always get the lose 2 points penalty for having least stability during French Revolution.
