[Fixed] Final Boxers worker worth more than 3 points

In game 970, when I have Boxers fully deployed my total score is 61. If I undeploy 1 worker, my score goes to 57. I am at 40 military before and after this action, so it seems like my score should go to 58 not 57.

Is it possible that the last Boxers worker is either adding more than 3 points, or that my extra military is counted towards 10-resources-per-VP?

Since this is a tournament game, I won't take any actions until confirmed.
