Fixed. I think this is the first rule to be discovered that I got wrong. siegfried_cf has reported a number of other bugs, but those were mostly copy-pasta coding errors. They're all bugs and all need to be found, so not trying to diminish the effort put in by siegfried_cf, which has been very helpful.
