Game 1120, there seems to be a bug when all wonder spaces are taken by natural wonders.

You can buy a wonder, but you are unable to hire architects. From my understanding of the rules, you should be able to buy architects but not finish the wonder (ie, you can't buy the last architect that would finish the wonder), but you can still hire architects to deny them.

I checked the code on player.py, hire_actions and it looks like a bug to me, unless I'm misunderstanding the rules. Player affected was Col.

Confirmed. You should be able to hire all but the last architect. I thought I allowed that, but I see it checks for replaceable wonder slots first. I can fix it in a few hours.
