Leo pays 3 [Gold] to buy "Hong Kong".
[Sheba] Leo has no upkeep for military [Workers] this round. 4person on "Hakkapeliitta".When he buy Colonies he get 8 stabily .When he buy second time the get 16 stabily.It's a big bug.Wish to fix it

Fixed.
Thank you for reporting this. It looks like that match was the only one affected (other than duplicate log messages). Do you want me to rewind the match at all, or is the current outcome fine?
