Invitations and Variable Difficulty

Now in the match creation form, if you add one or more players other than yourself, those other players will be considered invited until they join. They now have the option to decline.

I also added the ability for different players to play with different difficulty settings (number of growth resources) within the same match. When you create such a match, you will be considered invited instead of joined until you select your difficulty level. Other players will be able to choose their difficulty level when they join.

As far as I know, this completes the implementation of the official rules. Anything not adhering to the official rules is a bug. I will eventually add a few optional house rules.
