6-Player!

I added the ability to have 6 players just now. Considering we have yet to start the one open 5-player match, 6-player seems like a bit of a stretch at this point. Plus it seems to me like it's a game of books. It was already supported in the rules implementation though -- just needed the extra column off the progress board and a few other small changes. Also, Rustan wanted it.
