maybe this could be a toggle for those that do not want it, but, i think it would be great if we could get the log background to match the color of the player doing that action

so it would be a "rainbow" of colors where eg

yellow: EdeKowalski pays 1 [Gold] to buy "Mansa Musa".

blue: Marbelx passes.

red: PedroS takes a turmoil card.
red: PedroS gains 2 [Gold].

green: chaosye1234 explores "Hawaii".

yellow: EdeKowalski pays 2 [Gold] to buy "Great Wall".


in this variant player names could also be removed from the log, because color does the connection

it would save space and make it more readable because currently there are no tabs in place so short and long usernames make the place with the actual actions move back and forth

Highlighting the log is something I've wanted to do from the beginning, but I think it's a bit lower on the list.

Highlighting player names consistently might require support from the logger embedded in the rules implementation since a player could have a username matching just about any word in the log.
